Speed surveys are important not just for traffic modelling, but for planning applications and road safety audits.
We carry out speed surveys either using either a radar gun or Metrocount equipment. The Metrocount equipment can be provide extremely detailed vehicle speed analysis by vehicle class down to 1mph intervals, and can also determine levels of “tailgating” by motorists on high speed roads. Our speed gun is police approved, and regularly tested to ensure accuracy.
